What you'd be doing:

• Supporting clients ages 5+ with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, and behavioral or parenting challenges

• Running intakes, treatment plans, and a steady caseload (in-person or virtual)

• Using play therapy, CBT, DBT, and expressive arts, whatever fits the kid in front of you

• Supervising a graduate intern and helping shape the next generation of clinicians

• Collaborating with parents, schools, and other providers so care doesn't stop at the office door

What we are looking for:

• An active NC LCMHCA or LCMHC in good standing

• Someone confident holding both direct client work and mentorship

• A self-starter who's organized, ethically grounded, and genuinely curious about different clinical presentations

• School systems experience is a plus, and openness to BCBS paneling helps too
