Meet Grace Tucker
Child Therapist, Consultant & Founder of Annie’s Creative Counseling
Hi, I’m Grace, a licensed clinical mental health counselor, child advocate, and workshop facilitator.
I’m here to help you support the child you care about with tools that work in real life, at home, in classrooms, and in everyday moments.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to start, you’re not alone.
Whether you’re a parent navigating anxiety or ADHD, or a school leader trying to equip your team, my goal is to walk with you, with empathy, strategy, and real support.
As Seen In
Grace’s Story
My passion for helping children was sparked at a young age.
Every Sunday morning, I sat beside my grandmother, Annie, in the nursery of our neighborhood church, watching her care for kids with such grace and warmth. That early inspiration grew into a lifelong calling.
After over a decade in education, including years as a School Counselor and 504 Coordinator, I saw firsthand the emotional strain families were facing and the mental health gaps in school systems.
That’s why I founded Annie’s Creative Counseling:
To close the gap and make child mental health care more accessible, creative, and community-driven.

Our Approach
Creative. Collaborative. Child-centered.
At the heart of Grace’s work is a belief that children thrive when the adults around them feel confident, informed, and supported. Whether through therapy, workshops, or consulting, her approach is:
Creative: Using play, art, and storytelling to help children process big emotions
Evidence-Based: Grounded in neuroscience, child development, and trauma-informed care
Collaborative: Working closely with families, teachers, and school systems for lasting results
Empowering: Giving parents and professionals tools they can use every day
When adults feel equipped, children feel supported, and that’s where growth begins.
