"Helping the Helpers" is a 6-week closed group for Educators who are done with just getting through the school year and want to thrive. You are ready to take back your time, feel in control of your life and enjoy your career again.
You will learn how to:
-Recognize your needs and advocate for yourself
-Identify and implement professional boundaries
-Shift your mindset from scarcity to abundance
-Increase self-regulation through mindfulness practice
-Foster authentic relationships and create community care
-Incorporate wellness strategies to increase work-life balance
Group will be held virtually for 6 weeks:
October 17-November 21, 2022, 6-7:30pm
"Helping the Helpers" will put you back in control of your life and make this a better school year. Slots are limited and a screening process is required prior to being selected for the group. Investment for group is $499. Payment Plan available. Insurance can not be billed for this service.
